Our Terms & Conditions are fairly standard and straightforward and follow the layout that can generally be found on most B&B websites. We do strongly recommend that guests take out relatively inexpensive holiday cancellation insurance to cover any eventuality . We do ask guests to read the terms & conditions as a booking constitutes a legal agreement between the guest and Bramble Corner. If anything is unclear upon reading our terms & conditions then please feel free to get in contact with us and we be only to willing to help.

  Tariff: The rates shown on the "Rooms & Tariff" page are based on a per room basis and include breakfast. Single occupancy rates are shown separately.  
     
  Bookings: Bookings can be made via telephone (01487 842646), email (info@bramblecorner.co.uk)or direct from our web site ( www.bramblecorner.co.uk). To confirm a booking a “non refundable” deposit of £30 per person or the cost of one nights accommodation – whichever is the greater, will be payable. Rooms should not be considered reserved until our acknowledgment of the deposit and/or confirmation of the booking has been received.  
   
     
  Payment: Payment can be made using the standard range of debit/credit cards (see logos on the top right hand corner of this page), or by cash or cheque. Settlement of your account should be made on your arrival; an invoice will be given to you for your records on the morning of your departure.  
   
  Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded if any cancellation is made more than 7 days before the first date of arrival, 50% refunded up to 48 hours before the first date, no refund will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the first date and it is recommended that guests consider taking out inexpensive cancellation holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.  
   
     
  Arrival and Departure: We ask guests not to arrive before 16.00 hours unless by prior arrangement, and we are open until 23.00. To ensure that our cleaning staff can prepare rooms for the next guest(s), we do ask that your room is vacated by 10.30 at the latest on the morning of departure. Guests are not permitted to leave their baggage or vehicles beyond the period of their stay, but if guests are arriving earlier than 16.00, they may leave their belongings in the hall.  
   
     
 

Termination Policy: We reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate, without notice, any individuals stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others (Please note that non compliance of our strict non smoking policy would constitute termination) In such circumstances any outstanding account must be settled, no refunds will be made.

 
   
     
  Damage: Guests are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages to the accommodation or its contents during their stay. Please report these as soon as they occur. Minor breakages will be overlooked, but any significant damage will be charged. If the room remains unusable because of the need for repair, a sum equal to 50% of the room rate will be charged for the period of non use.  
   
   
  Complaints: Should any guest have or feel they have grounds for complaint, then they must be addressed to the management during the length of stay. Any complaints received after the stay will not be accepted. Should any fault arise on any of the equipment available to guests, then we will endeavour to fix any problem of that nature as quickly as possible. With regard to our FREE WiFi policy, availability cannot be guaranteed as we rely wholly on our broadband provider to maintain our internet connectivity.  
   
   
     
  General:  
 
  • Bramble Corner operates a NO SMOKING policy. Guests are welcome to smoke outside the building if they wish.
  • Guests are not allowed non residents in their rooms.
  • No takeaway food to be brought into guests rooms under any circumstances as a consideration to other guests.
  • We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves whilst acting in the course of employment.
  • If you are to be late back to your room, please ensure you ask for a front door key before you leave for the evening.
  • Children of all ages are welcome and we can provide small camp beds or a cot, and a high chair. We also have many toys and teddies if required.
  • As we have pets of our own, guests pets are not normally welcome, but please call us as we have made the odd exception before.
