TERMS & CONDITIONS

We look forward to seeing you at Bramble Corner bed & breakfast. When a booking is made, you are entering into a legal contract with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

Room Rates: The price includes your overnight accommodation plus breakfast as indicated. Any extras such as additional meals or use of telephone are additional. We accept the following forms of payment: cash or cheque with banker’s card . We will be introducing credit/debit card facilities this year. A deposit will be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation: A booking forms a legal contract for the total cost of the booking. In the event of a cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, the total cost of the stay will become payable. Non arrival will constitute a cancellation, any deposit will be forfeited and we the right to invoice guests for the whole of the booking amount. We recommend that you consult an insurance broker to ensure you are covered for cancellation charges.

Non-availability:  Should we have to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control, we would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. However if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival: Check-in is after after 4pm on the arrival date.

Departure: Check-out is before 10.30am on the day of departure.

Damages and Breakages: Guests are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages to the accommodation or its contents during their stay. Please report these as soon as they occur. Minor breakages will be overlooked, but any significant damage will be charged. If the room reamains unusable because of the need for repair, a sum equal to 50% of the room rate will be charged for the period of non use.. 

Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves whilst acting in the course of employment.

House Rules: For the benefit and comfort of all our guests, we do not allow take away meals or smoking in the house.

Data Protection: Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer and paper records. We never pass on your details to any third party except where legally required to do so.
