Q: We are coming to a wedding, can we book in early to shower and get ready? |

A: Yes of course, we stipulate 16.00 as the earliest time but if you contact us beforehand to organise a time, then no problem |

Q: We have a small dog and would like to bring him along with us. Would there be a problem? |
|
| |
A: No problem, but we would ask that you keep the dog in your room and exercise it at the front of the building as we have our own pets on the premises. |

Q: What Happens if we have to cancel our booking at short notice? |

A: Please read our terms and conditions on this subject. We do recommend that guests take out inexpensive holiday cancellation insurance. |

Q: My wife does have some food allergy issues and cannot eat certain things normally provided at breakfast. Can you help her? |

A: Of course we can; if you could let us know at the time of booking, we can arrange to obtain those items that she can enjoy at the breakfast table. |

Q: Is there anywhere locally we can have an evening meal without having to drive too far? |

A: There is a pub in the next village (Colne) which we recommend and there are many places in St.Ives just a couple of miles away. |

Q: Do you have off road parking at Bramble Corner? |

A: We have a car park at the rear of the property for up to ten cars. We are however not responsible for loss or damage to any vehicle. |

Q: What is your policy regarding children, are they welcome and do you have an age restriction? |

A: Children are very welcome from birth to teens, and we are equipped with a travel cot, high chair, toys, and a mountain of "teddies". |

Q: I have a SatNav; what is your postcode so that I can find you more easily? |

A: Just type in PE28 3LN, and you will find us quite easily. We have a big sign hanging outside the front of the property. |

Q: Am I allowed to bring in a takeaway meal so that I can carry on working in my room? |
|

A: Unfortunately no. We do ask guests not to bring in meals mainly for the benefit of other guests. |
